I think what he/she meant was that their 190s will replace most of Compass/OO's SEA flying and your 175s will either in turn replace OO's SEA flying or be shifted elsewhere.
In any case I think DL's objective is to ramp up their mainline presence in SEA to continue to compete with Alaska.
