Variables, variables, variables. There is no one answer to your questions. My story will be nothing like the next guy. Some shoot for max days off, others max credit/flying. Iv flown 75 this month and have 15 days off. 10 of which, in a row. Crappy seniority, but i didnt request any specific days off and took what I got. Sometimes it works,sometimes I have 11 days off (like next month).
Oh, and dont go to PSA or Republic...
