I wonder if BC would consider it a gain in our contract if Fedex said

We will increase everyone's pay by $5,000.00, but you have to pay for your own health care.

Some people might do that because they are single or have military retirement for medical, but I would bet that BC wouldn't touch that deal with a 10 foot pole.

This is exactly what this LOA is. We will give you a monthly allowance but we are going to take away the sec6 move package. I don't see where this is a gain, it is an either or option. Some people will do this anyway, so we should vote to give them that option, I don't think so.

We need an LOA that is for all 4800 of us not for the ones who will bid it anyway.
