Very few retirements at JetBlue. I don't have the info in front of me, but it is less than 100 over the next 5 years. Your movement will be driven by growth, as retirements are a non issue here.
I'm not going to even guess how long the upgrade is going to be. If upgrade times were at all accurate, I would have been a captain at Comair about 5 years ago. Come here because of the culture, or living in base, but don't expect to see an upgrade in under 6-8 years. If it happens, great, but certainly don't come here counting on a quick upgrade.
