Here is info that has been spread on other threads.
Hiring 100 this year. Have 1000 qualified applicants.
Process so far:
1. Submit app.
2. Get email saying you've moved on to the next step.
3. Get 15 minute, 120ish question Psych test from Hogan associates.
4. Get email saying call us to setup a phone screen.
5. Do phone screen of flight times with 1 question "what three qualities makes a good pilot."
6. Get email stating go to Lasergrade to to a proctored assessment. (Rumor is it is more psych tests).
Step 1 was completed on 14 July (1 internal recommendation from a fellow military AF Reserve pilot). Received the email this morning and I completed Step 3. Just entered the holding pattern for the process...now I'm waiting for the inbound turn...
FWIW I have approx 3500 TT, 2800 unadjusted PIC, all Multi-Eng. Not an intern or family member of UAL.
