What risk? It doesn't matter if is AQP or regular type ride, there's always risk of screwing something up.
I started in the E-145 back in 2010, supposedly it was harder than the CRJ. Transferred last year to the CRJ and the training was about the same. If you really want ord, go for it. It's a very complete training with great instructors. They will help you as far as you want to be helped, if in doubt never hesitate to ask questions.
