But first, open your FAR book and look at the section that covers ATP add-on ratings. I don't see anything about a requirement for 3000 total fixed wing or anywhere near that amount to legally fly a passenger carrying jet.
FWIW, JetBlue is the only company that really gives any credit for rotary wing time.
