Isn't the yearly deficit somewhere around or even over 100 ?

Of course, as I stated earlier, perhaps all is not lost regarding Envoy shrinking. Wiki indicates Envoy is slated for MASSIVE contraction anyway as CRJ and E-140/145's are transferred or parked. That contraction will be over a year or two, so the remainder of the 824 and outside attrition which should spike as Delta and United hire like gangbusters getting Envoy pilots directly, but also opening more slots at LCC's as those pilots grab the brass ring at those legacies as well. Since all the flow and likely a few captains will go to Delta/UAL, that along with contraction will impede upgrades as the airline will want to remain balanced in seat staffing. F/O's will go to just about any legacy or LCC if offered, so that attrition should be the majority of Envoy's non flow attrition. Add it all up and the betting man says Envoy will be an advancement glue factory for awhile starting this Fall.

We shall see.
