How about some real facts for the day? Skyvector's post 8 months later. Where are we?

Revised Flow/Upgrade numbers - AA has 600 newhire slots planned for 2016. 1500 AA newhires over the next 2 years is the plan.

300 Envoy flows for next year. 750 Envoy flows over the next two years alone.

About 130 Envoy flows YTD. 750 total in 2016 and 2017? 620 flows to go in 1 year and 5 months for this to happen.

205 upgrades planned now. Those are yet to be awarded and will be in class before the year (2016) is out.

130ish? upgrades so far YTD. This one could get close.

New hire upgrade/flow to AA now planned at 2.5/5.5 years.

VP of Ops actually revised his statement and isn't saying 2.5/5.x anymore. So, where is First Officer Bucket today after being hired in May 2015? Depending upon the airframe, quite possibly, still on reserve. Either way, certainly nowhere in range of upgrading in November of 2017. Current flows are 15.5 year seniority and up, nowhere in the ballpark of flowing in 5.5 years. 9 year flow? Maybe. After the 824 get out the door, look for the Protected Pilot agreement and beyond to be modified. Most likely will be a ratio like PDT. My guess is 8 to 10 flows per month.

Additional 175's - Options are on the table, along with acquiring other existing airframes.

AAG doubled down on RAH so Envoy is not getting their birds. AAG would like to move 140/145 and 700's away from Envoy and give them 175 options. With the critical staffing level at all three WO's, something is going to have to give. Even if AAG wanted for Envoy to keep their current fleet and start bringing in more 175's over the original 40, it won't happen as Envoy can't staff it.

iPads - iPads should be coming our way around March or April and will be individually mailed to the pilot's home address. We are currently fully EFB (ipad) approved but pilots have to provide their own ipads. Starting next year the company will be providing pilots with their own ipads for use.

Company has purchased IPADs for the pilot group.

Envoy shooting for 345 new hires next year. (PM current Envoy pilots for help getting an interview sooner rather than later)

128 or so new hires 1/1/16-7/20/16. Averages 18 per month. About three more per month than I originally predicted earlier this year.

Again, these notes are not mine but from others who attended the meeting. Whoever else was there please add to this information anything else you may have.
