Do you think this will affect new hires going into the 145? I interviewed and was offered the job today. I'm hoping for a 145 slot which they said should be November.... The reason I want it is because I'm currently typed in it and would prefer Phl for the base so I don't have to do a two leg commute. Hoping to jump ship and start ASAP... But in the 145.
