From personal experience I don't think they are good. Do the research. Check to see how many flight slots will be made available. My advice would be to stay out of ROTC, graduate, and then take the AFOQT and OSB test. This way, you are not committed to 4-5 years of being stuck in an MOS that you didn't want. If you do decide to take the route I've suggested, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
