Do you make less 2nd year at Republic then?

First year is $40/hr plus $12,500 sign on.
Then second year is $41/hr.

Is there a retention bonus for year 2 and beyond or do you make more in year 1 than you do in subsequent years.

Also, is there any commitment with the sign on?
