Thank you for the info. And let me be straight up, just because other people who come to Mesa and are stuck and cant get out doesnt mean everyone has skeletons in the past. Its what the experience you get out from an airline can take you and help you for your next challenge. And yes i have had many class offers many years ago but it doesnt mean that is a negativity, maybe my resume is impressive after all. And i can assure you my past or the airline i worked for in the past, have nothing to do with why I am considering Mesa, its a personal choice for a personal career goal in the long term. We all shop around and see where we can get the experience and time to help move on where you want to in the LONG TERM. I know alot of people at Mesa currently who are there for years, are frustrated but it doesnt mean you should prevent others from coming because everyone has personal goals. I have more than a handful friends who are from Mesa and few just recently who went to some carriers overseas such as Emirates, Qatar, FlyDubai, Korean, ANA and are making well over 150k and some went to mainline and LCC here. So my point is, no regional airline is bad my friend, its what you want to get out of it and go where you want to go. Good luck to you.
