He is basically bashing Atlas pilots for working for a company that does contract flying.... and is doing flying for CX and NCA in Japan. Neither of those companies are striking ..so its certainly not struck work. Beyond that... PILOTS don't decide who their companies fly for....mgt does. IF CX or NCA pilots were on a legal strike...it might make a difference....but they are NOT.
