Don't know if the market will always be there, but it is better than I have ever seen.
Good advice from above. It is a career worth pursuing. Was enlisted wrenching in the Army. Getting an A&P should be looked at as well.
You will have to have some money saved before starting a flying gig because it will not pay the bills on first year pay.
