It's about to get really ugly here with company violating our contract. If you come here now most of the pilot group is going to assume that they gave you the money. So don't expect open arms from most of the pilot group. I feel bad for those that are coming in, but the company has chosen this route. Don't be surprised if this gets much worse.
No dog in this fight but curious, you have a clause in your contract that prohibits new hire bonuses? They didn't offer the current pilot group anything? This puts people with a job offer waiting on a class in a tight spot.
