Your TT is on the low side for a civilian and you have no heavy time. If you want a job at UPS, get a job at Atlas and get a 747 type. UPS hires lots and lots of Atlas dudes.
I'm at a little over 6000TT. Between Kalitta and Atlas I've been on the 74 for about two years. Also got the TBNT response with the "On File" status.
Who knows, maybe I placed a period or comma in the wrong spot somewhere on the app.... that'd be my luck
