QOL they do home every night schedules compared to AA. Then again thinking long term AA could improve QOL with new contracts in the future, but never out and backs.

Pay is more at AA especially FO. Unless you could upgrade there on the bus in 5 years or less the pay would not be that bad flying a newish airplane on out and backs. But I think they have mad dawgs still so I hear not so good things about their operation so you would have to do more research and talk to guys who work there. They have more profit sharing than AA it says 10% of pay and that was in 2015. AA needs to step up their game.

I would still go AA all day - you could probably upgrade in a narrowbody in 6 years with all the retirements coming up and hope that the pilots vote in a contract in 3 years that has better work rules.
