There are a lot of options. fltplan.com has their new service as mentioned above. I called them a few weeks ago. I thought for their asking price that we would stick with BART since they are much more established. Bart can do just about anything that I want it to do except for fleet analytics.
Are you running all these aircraft under a part 91 management company? So all your pilots are 1099'd?
