Losing 0.1% of their list is not the same as losing 5.0% - 10% of our list every year since 2007 to SWA and other airlines.
The column on the spreadsheet maybe labeled the same but the frequency determines if there is a problem with the underlying condition of the employer or was it simply a personal preference.
I thought a CBA would fix our attrition problem?
