That's the tentative schedule. Indoc is as you described. My class had nearly a month of being starting ground. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I feel like we did more than 2 weeks of ground. They book you a ticket home after Indoc. I highly doubt they'll pay for someone to stay at the hotel from Indoc to ground. Again, the two weeks off between Indoc and ground are tentative.
