Sometimes, especially on the iPad, it sasys 'too many redirects occurred'. I gave up on it and just added AAPILOTS to my quick links on Jetnet and go there that way.
It seems that if ANY "AA" tab is open and has timed out, it always says "too many redirects". Closing all but the active tab gets me back in...then open as many others as needed.
