Facing the possibility of reverse bidding ANC, the company would cough up the funds for a move package. We're around 70% commuters, can you imagine the turmoil around the bid analysis table...?!
Great idea, but would still get people to bid it. The company is already feeling it since they have had to reverse themselves on their "safety" policy of no new hires in the MD-11. I think the first year guys who bid it are crazy anyway. If they don't get through training they are hosed.
