Short answer yes. Pull up a chair & practice your flows & call outs.
E175 has a nice computerized touch screen CPT @ ENY HQ.
Both CRJ & E-145 has the same large paper box board CPT for flows & call outs @ hotel & HQ. Real switches not touched until your in the actual sim building (no motion & motion) end of CPT training.
