If you don't get accepted as a pilot, you owe them nothing, if you do and have changed your mind about the military, you owe them nothing. You don't owe them anything unless you sign your name and take the oath.
True statement. I went through ROTC, but along time ago. At the time, a flight slot with AFROTC was not guarrented, but if you had one, you would go. The NAVY and MArines were across the street. They guarrented flight school, in writting, if you applied and were accepted.
