Mr. Smith isn't the problem with you getting an interview. It's Mr. Lewis that is standing in your way. He reviews every packet of paperwork on every pilot that is to be interviewed. Then he reviews the rejects to see why they were rejected and to determine if they merit further consideration.

But you have to have those recommendations before you even get to the point where you can be rejected.
