Yes, its new. Partially due to the fact that TSH just changed over the dispatch/crew scheduling system at CPZ to the same thing that G7 got this time last year, which was partially why their numbers were awful. But the fact that their numbers are that bad in the hub with probably the best weather in the system says something.
LAX/SFO are not easy. As near as I can tell, they're actually about as much of a dumpster fire as NYC often.
