Fwiw - from what you posted above you look good. But if your pure civ and not from a wholly owned with a flow I think it may be tuff. You're doing everything correct. Keep updating, maybe hit a job fair and find a friend to get an internal rec.
My reason is that they get plenty of 121 PIC guys from the pdt/psa/eagle flows. So to round out the classes they seem to be taking straight mil or regional/guard and a smattering of corp when they hire off the street. This evens out the classes as so many ( not sure what the exact percentages are) have to come from the flow agreements.
Note: I am in no way associated with the hiring process. I'm just a line pilot on the junior piece of equipment so I see a lot of new hires - just my observations as a CA for the past 4 years.
