Based off of TW's "cryptic" email it sounds like we won't be going paperless at the end of the month because there are pilot who have not activated the EFB's in their possession or they still don't have them. But at least we don't have to bring paper to recurrent anymore if our iPad is up and running... so that's nice.
I would audit the paper manuals of the pilots who haven't got their EFB up and running yet, my bet is you would get a lot of coffee spillage.
