For hiring if not for anything else...
If they realize they might perhaps have a hard time recruiting with the pay/requirements they are sporting I think they will eventually play ball. It currently reads like a pseudo-expat job with regional pay and possible training contract. I don't see how they can attract U.S. pilots like that.
