Regardless, the posters calling for an end to this thread are absolutely right. Put your energy into being part of the solution instead of part of the problem. Quit helping out management by providing them with ammo. If you've got ideas you want to see implemented in the new contract, contact your reps or the NC directly. If you can't be bothered to find that contact info, pm me. If you want to argue the finer points of the contract with your brethren, get your butts to the GO on the 19th, put your uniform on, and quit hiding behind your keyboard.

Those of you who think this thread isn't monitored by management types with an agenda in direct opposition to ours are gravely mistaken.
