Thanks for thinking five minutes ahead, maybe five months. What's the fleet plan, whats the crew plan? What is the five year goal for total airframes and pilots? Get bored ask tom and russ, if they hire more pilots youll get more 200s. Within reason, you can fly as many 200s as you can staff.
In fairness to you, I suppose youve never been here when we had a fleet plan and a pilot target written down on paper. If i said "core flying" you'd probably shrug.
