Current captain I'm with said what another recently said: either the new training department is a lot tougher than before, or because they're so desperate for FOs, they're seat locking them by failing upgrade. Several more recentlty failed- over pretty petty questions/scenarios.
Meanwhile at DFW, just did a trip with 3 different captains, all on loan from IAD, and many IAH flight attendants working DFW. And CC gone. And every FO I've talked to has been JRA, myself included. And called on days off for extra work. But, I'm sure everything is "fine" LOL
