That's a pretty good divorce letter with some good feedback. If they are smart, your former management will acknowledge some of those issues internally and rememdy at least some of them. This is a PEOPLE business after all and good pilots are mobile.
At the end of the day, the regionals are hiring big time, paying decent cash and some are offering flows to the majors. If people meet the minimums, I can't imagine why 135 flying would remain attractive in this hiring environment.... This is a PILOT's market!!!
