You'll *never* pick up an airplane in PHX but you will occasionally be able to pick up an airplane in MDW or CLT or somewhere we base. There's also the (albeit slim) chance they can use you on day one if you're based closer. It's also more difficult to get you back by 8PM on day 8 if you're based in say, PHX. They're still working out the kinks of remote basing so it may move further west as staffing needs dictate.
I realized you wouldn't pick up a plane in PHX but didn't know they tried to get you back by 8p on day 8. Thank you for the response, I appreciate the insight
