Default Airline Pathways and minimum TT requirements.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, however I am curious about this. I am looking to become a professional pilot, and am trying to choose where to earn my certifications. I have seen some schools, (Aerosim is the one I am looking at currently), that offer "Airline Pathways" to regional airlines. Pretty much, after getting your certs, they guarantee(?) an interview with regional airlines they have partnered with. Now, my question is even with these pathways, are you still required to meet minimum TT? For instance, after I have all of my certs, let's say I have 400TT, (I have no idea how many you generally have, this was just a random number), but Air Wisconsin requires 1500TT minimum, do I need to make up that difference before being considered? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, just would like to have everything as planned out as I can. Thanks in advance.
