The market will be fine, although the largest hiring demand will have probably peaked by then. You'll still get hired at a regional and then a major, but there may not be quite as much sustained hiring after 8-10 years. This means those who are getting hired right now will enjoy faster seniority progression, but you're still in a good place timing-wise. But don't waste any time that you don't have to.
