Truth is, a no vote will send this back to mediation. It's up to the company to determine what the next course of action is. I can assure you, there are additional steps that the company can take before we forfeit on our contracts.
This is simply an offer. We can turn it down and rework the deal. No one os losing their job if we say no.
The performance section United contract will cause the return of the 175 by year end. The timing to redo this is not available you will be furloughed the options are few, yours it not possible
