It seems you're assuming everyone applying here has offers from the big 3, FedEx and UPS but decided to go for NJ. 7 on 7 off is a fantastic fit for me, along with 2 weeks vacation which equates to two blocks of 21 days off per year. I've done the 121 flying and commuting is horrible. There's pros and conns. Your posts might be worth some consideration if they weren't so one sided.
I always say that if you live in a place that is cheap (or very out of the way), then NJA can be a viable option. If you live in a major city, commuting is a lot easier not to mention you will always be broke with the NJA FO payscale and upgrades (w/o mandatory retirement).
