Go to the August bid, it defaults to your position and base but you can select 'ALL' from the drop down menu to see the entire seniority list. Look at the awards and then just look at the seniority list for DOH.
Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were predicting the September awards.
The most frustrating thing about using FLICA, indeed the only thing, is that you don't actually see how people have bid, only their awards. It makes it hard to know if those 10 people above you don't want to upgrade, or if they're bidding on something that's a long shot, like a PDX base.
