Every entry level job will eventually reach the end of its usefulness and you don't learn anymore.
Going up and down a beach at 500' gets old quick and none of it fills any additional columns in your logbook.
When picking an entry level job consider:
TT and the rate of accumulation
XC
Night
IFR/IMC
PIC

Flightinstruction gets you to build on all of those. Just a thought.
Going to agree here. Plus it lays the foundation for CRM. Trust me when I say that I dont want someone to learn CRM when they are at the regionals. Not the place. Besides some of my fondest memories of flying were from my CFI days
