I hope a real plan get developed soon for you all to survive and thrive.
I found it rediculous when I read one of the media articles recently it said (and Im paraphrasing) "Horizon is reducing flights and Alaska and Skywest are filling the gaps until November when two classss of new hires will be trained."
By November two classes worth of pilots will be hired by the majors.
A longer term plan must be in the works. I dont see ANY regional pilot group growing substantially in this enviroment.
