The existing aircraft? That's not what I'm asking about, yet its a common answer for some reason. Or are you referring to the gates in ATL? If so, are you saying that SKYW forever owns the rights to those gates and can lease them to whomever they want to?

I was referring to non-permitted types. Any leasing activity done by skywest would be outside the purview of the DALPA contract.
I didn’t read through the gate lease I posted earlier, but it looks like skywest would have the chance to renew the lease. I would not expect any shenanigans on skywest’s part They would risk Delta canceling the entire skywest contract.
