Of course we need to dispute this vacation buyback. They need to be forced to obey negotiated terms. They cannot, on a whim, add, subtract, modify or alter our contract because it suites them alone.
If they wish to add terms to our contract it needs to be through legal channels.

If that's how you want to operate, your "contract" is effectively worthless.
