Thanks for the info, I'm not familiar with 121 but considering making the jump from my 135 op in near future.

Whats a realistic number to figure for per diem? Is this paid monthly?
Also is the salary paid bi-weekly? Running the numbers looks like a new hire without bonus and perdiem would be bringing like $1000 home every two weeks after taxes... does that sound right or are averages higher?
Just doing my due diligence.
