Look at it this way: reserve time is extremely long right now, yes. If you got hired in December 2016, your life here sucks.
But the company currently wants to hire more pilots in the month of November alone, than they hired in December+January+February+March+April+may+June. The only reason reserve time is horribly long right now is because of the hiring stop. Now that that's over, we'll be back to incredible movement. Provided we fill classes...
