As far as “wasting the union’s time”... if SkyWest has it I don’t see how it could possibly be a hard negotiation.
Because its asking for more at a time when we don't need to be asking for useless stuff. It's meant to allow your spouse to travel. So that's why you have to have spouse like things in common, living situation or financial.
