Upon second look it appears even the notice is even incorrect because it shows a displacement of 12 from MSP with 15 proposed for PHX. That would be a net gain of 3. Meanwhile the "Important Details" says its to fill "an expected zero (0) FO vacancies". I guess even planing doesn't know what we have.
Yeah, it's like on the CA side, there's actually 42 vacancies across all bases but only 18 upgrades due to the displacements. There's 12 FOs that are being displaced (the last 12 from MSP) which will leave a net gain of 3 - and that will spread between current LAX and SEA FOs submitting their bids for the new base. Yeah, they use the same template every month and sometimes forget to fill in certain numbers.
