I don't understand how the company thinks this is a good idea let alone safe! Why would you upgrade the lowest seniorty guy? He/she probably doesn't have any good experience to be in command. Not that this should be happening at all but if anything it's the senior guys that should be "forced" to upgrade. This whole thing makes no sense. I think when they agreed to it they expected to have guys with plenty of experience not 1000 sic. What happened to Saftey being priority?
