yes to pretty much all. I'm happy with mine. It's comfortable and feels a bit more casual. Though in LA it's a bit overkill. If it's a trip that's stats mostly south I'll just wear the blazer.

Another good thing about the jacket is I can wear it when not at work and not have to worry about packing another coat/jacket. Just pop the wings off and you won't look TOO toolish.
